Basically, a tenant has a fixed number of reserved spaces. The tenant's pool can be increased temporarily, for example when the tenant organizes a symposium.
For this, IP Parking applied Firmbase:
- Visitor via Reservation
- Create Reservation in Firmbase based on license plate number. An Access Code is linked to this.
- Upon arrival, license plate number is recognized and card issued (for door reader)
- Visitor counted directly at account.- Opening via Firmbase/ParkBase of a Reservation
- Visitor via intercom
- Short parker card, recoding via Firmbase
- Count per tenant
- For short term parkers and subscribers
- At VOL, per profile access or no access.
- VIPs
- For executives who always need access
