IP Parking and ParkBee are strengthening their collaboration with a direct integration between our Parking Management System and ParkBee’s reservation platform. This enables parking facilities to connect more efficiently to the ParkBee network. Available for locations in the Netherlands and Belgium.
ParkBee 's reservation platform actively connects motorists with available parking capacity and converts underutilized spots into a stable revenue stream. Parking facilities gain direct access to the growing network of ParkBee users, providing greater visibility, higher occupancy and better returns on existing infrastructure.
Directly connected via the Booking Agent API
This integration has been realized through our Booking Agent API, enabling seamless reservation handling between platforms. Operators continue to manage their parking facility centrally within ParkBase, where capacity, tariffs, and access settings can easily be configured and adjusted.
Relevant for locations with changing parking demand
The integration is particularly relevant for locations where parking demand changes throughout the day. Examples include:
- Offices: parking spaces often remain unused during evenings and weekends and can be made available smartly during those periods.
- Hotels: parking capacity can be opened up to non-guests outside peak times or at lower occupancy, generating additional revenue.
- Mixed-use buildings: parking capacity can be used flexibly for different user groups and times.
- Event venues: as events are scheduled, it is clear in advance when parking spaces will be available.
- Urban garages: lesser-known locations or garages with lower occupancy can become more visible to a wider audience.
By selectively opening available capacity for reservations, operators can use their parking facility more flexibly and create additional reach.
Convenience for both drivers and operators
Drivers can reserve a parking space through their preferred booking channels and benefit from seamless access through license plate recognition. If needed, a QR code is available as a secondary identification method.
At the same time, operators remain fully in control of whether and how their facility is connected to external reservation platforms.
