A place where the energy is palpable, where liveliness defines the atmosphere, where doing business is good. The 1970s office building was in need of a radical facelift. The choice was made for a sustainable renovation carried out under architecture. Blaak16 is characterized by its openness and plenty of light. A spacious reception hall in which the clean lines of the facades are continued forms the entrance to the impressive office tower. The large glass surface in the facades provides a special light that contributes to the overwhelming experience of the building.
In a time of change, Blaak changes with it. For optimal company parking facilities, Blaak16 has chosen IP Parking. A ticketless concept that functions 100% digitally. This keeps maintenance to a minimum. High infrastructure costs are also a thing of the past, as all calls are routed through the public network.
Through the web-based application "FirmBase", companies are able to manage part of the facility. By entering the license plate of employees and visitors, they can easily and quickly drive in and out based on license plate recognition. Employees can also gain access via (existing) mifare cards.
Possible unannounced visitors can report through a sleek design terminal. Companies are visually displayed on the 7" touchscreen, so a call to the desired company is just a finger tap away.
