Kilroy Oyster Point Project Phase 1 Completed
We are excited to announce that we have successfully completed Phase 1 of the Kilroy Oyster Point project, in which we were selected to implement our Parking Management System (PMS). This innovative development is located in the vibrant tech hub of South San Francisco. Phase 1 included three buildings totaling approximately 60,000 square feet. We look forward to continuing our collaboration as we move forward to Phase 2. This phase involves an urban village that includes an outdoor amphitheater, meeting rooms, a conference center and an F&B amenity building spread across three buildings totaling approximately 80,000 square feet.
Challenge
Kilroy Realty Corporation faced the challenge of efficiently managing its parking spaces for multiple organizations in a busy urban environment. An efficient and flexible PMS is critical to avoiding congestion and optimizing parking space utilization.
For this prestigious project, we installed our premium IP2 Xperience terminals and IP2 Compact terminals. Our advanced hardware, along with FirmBase, were specifically designed to meet the dynamic needs of this progressive location. In doing so, we focused on the following aspects:
- Efficiency: Flexible parking pools allow companies or departments to share parking spaces. Companies can create their own subscribers, provide discounts and pre-register visitors.
- Usability: FirmBase 's intuitive interface is easy to navigate for visitors and administrators alike. Automatic license plate recognition quickly recognizes vehicles, allowing them to pass easily without having to stop for a ticket.
- Innovation: IP Parking provides 100% web-based parking solutions that integrate seamlessly with the project's high-tech vision. This allows parking facilities to be optimized based on real-time data and trends.
