Lysanne, Tech Team Coordinator

Due to moving to my boyfriend's hometown, I was looking for a new challenge close to my new home. Family members soon pointed me to the vacancy for Service Desk & Support Officer at IP Parking.

 

After a very friendly and nice welcome by Dave Dat, I was allowed to start using my skills at IP Parking in the support department in 2019.

 

Working together is an important aspect within IP Parking. Because you work with different departments, you keep developing your knowledge about the product.

 

Besides working in the support department, I also did a part-time (evening) study in ICT Management & Security. It is nice that IP Parking is flexible with working hours which made this possible. Meanwhile, I have had many opportunities and have become Tech Team Coordinator.

 

In the time I have been working at IP Parking I can say that I enjoy going to work every day.
