Roxanne, Manager of Service

On Facebook I saw a vacancy for a front desk assistant at IP Parking that appealed to me and I applied. During my interview it was immediately clear that both I and IP Parking saw opportunities to grow in the future. We immediately discussed possible advancement opportunities and saw opportunities especially towards managing service contracts.

 

I worked 1.5 years in the support department as a front desk employee where I quickly felt at home. After this I was given the opportunity to start in phases as a sales office employee where my work also partly consisted of managing the service contracts. Eventually I got the position of contract manager and coordinator contracts where I was responsible for managing the contracts team as well as operational discussions with our customers.

Since January 1 of this year (2025) I am manager of the service department where I am responsible for the inside (remote support) and outside service (mechanics). For our customers I am operationally the point of contact regarding service related issues, escalations and operational consultation.

 

In addition to this position, I am a single mother of 2 daughters, and IP Parking is often accommodating and flexible with working hours. This makes it possible for me to combine my work with my home situation. IP Parking is a company where I really enjoy working, with great colleagues and where there is also time for fun things like Friday afternoon drinks and outings. I never regretted my choice 10 years ago!
