How do I start a charging session with a charge card?
At this charging station you can start a charging session with a public charging card. Hold the charging card against the green LED of the charging station. The LED will light yellow to authorize your card. Once your card is accepted, the LED changes to blue and the charging session begins.
If the charging session is not accepted, the LED will light up red. In this case, please contact your card issuer to check the current status of your charging card. You can also try another charging card or use the QR code to start the charging session.
How do I stop a charging session with a charge card?
Once, hold your charging card in front of the charging station's card reader. The LED indicator will change color to green to indicate that the charging session has ended.
How do I start a charging session with the QR Code/Direct Payment?
- Scan the QR code with your cell phone. You will find the QR code on the inside of the socket cover or around the charging station.
- On the page that appears, you will see the rate of the charging station and a unique pin code. You will need this pin code to end the charging session later. It is possible to change the pin code.
- Enter your email and click 'Start Charging Session' to start charging.
You will receive an email with the details of your charging session and the pin code required to stop the charging session. Please note, the email may have ended up in your spam folder.
How do I stop a charging session with the QR Code/Direct Payment?
- Scan the QR code with your cell phone. You will find the QR code on the inside of the socket cover or around the charging station.
- Enter the unique pin code to retrieve your charging session. You also received the pin code in the email.
- Click on pay and choose a payment option such as; iDeal, VISA, Mastercard.
After payment, your charging cable will be released and you will receive the invoice by email.

My cable is stuck in the charging station.
To disconnect the charging cable, the charging session must be completed and paid for.
If the charging session was started with a public charging card, please follow the steps below.
- Hold your charging card in front of the charging station's card reader.
- The charging session will end once more, after which you can unlock the cable.
If the charging session was started using the QR code, please follow the steps below.
- Scan the QR code with your cell phone. The QR code can be found at the bottom of the loading ramp or around the loading station.
- Enter the unique pin code to retrieve the charging session. You also received the pin code in the email.
- Click on pay and choose a payment option such as iDeal, VISA, or Mastercard.
- After payment, your charging cable will be released and you will receive the invoice by email.
- Remove your charging cable from the charging station.

My charging card is not recognized
Please check the status of your charge card with your card issuer. If the charging card is not active, you cannot start a charging session at this charging station. Please use the QR code to start a charging session.
Charging session does not start even after successful identification with charging card
Check that the charging cable is correctly connected to the vehicle and the charging station.
Some electric vehicles require the car to be locked before starting a charging session.
Check your vehicle's settings for charging profiles that may restrict charging.

Charging speed is lower than expected
Charging speed can be affected by several factors, such as charging station capacity, power supplies and number of simultaneous charging sessions. The charging speed will scale up once more power is available.
