Management by tenants
Tenants can manage their own part of the parking facility with FirmBase. Because the software is web-based, annoying plug-ins are a thing of the past and they can manage on any device and from any location.
Tenants themselves can create subscribers and pre-register visitors so they can easily drive in and out based on license plate recognition. Thus, pulling a ticket is not necessary.
Intercom
Any unannounced visitors can report to the entrance. Through an intercom station, tenants will have contact with the visitor and can grant them access to the parking facility. The moment they grant the visitor access, the parking space count is updated.
Because the intercom runs over the public network, you do not need to invest in cabling.
