Wide choice in payment systems
Paying is paying, regardless of the means of payment? Of course it is. But the ways we pay today, including parking, are almost endless. Besides the traditional payment systems that accept and return coins and bills or offer the option of paying by debit or credit card (Europay, Mastercard and VISA), we see more and more alternatives popping up. For example, our full-service cash registers are equipped with the option of contactless payment and PINless payment. Moreover, because our platform is web-based, many links with external parties and services are possible. Examples include online payments through the parking webshop, payment by direct debit (with personal web page) or through monthly billing for tenants.
Contactless payment
With Tap&Go it is possible to drive in and out with a bank card. This eliminates the need to take a card at the entrance and the need to stand in line at the payment machine. Fast, simple and safe.
Pay online
Often garages and/or lots are only used during certain hours of the week and are unoccupied the rest of the time. By offering your parking facility online, you can easily generate additional revenue.
Through ParkBase, you decide how many parking spaces and at what rate you make them available.
Direct debit
Do you want your customers to pay afterwards via their license plate? Unlocking your parking spaces through external providers has great advantages. For example, you are completely relieved of your financial administration, you unlock 2 million potential customers for your facility and your revenue is deposited into your bank account every month.
Invoice-based
FirmBase allows tenants to manage their own part of the parking facility. For example, they can create their own new subscribers and pre-register visitors so they can easily use the parking facility.
When you are dealing with registered users, you can invoice on an invoice basis. The Parkbase Management System has all the information for this available to you. In addition, the system itself also generates structured invoices.
Cash & cashless
Of course, you can also pay with the familiar cash. Our user-friendly full-service cash register is operated via a clear touch screen which ensures that payments are quick and easy.
Payments can be made with all conceivable payment options, such as cash, credit card, pin or contactless payments.
Apple Pay
Apple pay uses the NFC (Near Field Communication) method. This is a wireless way (similar to contactless debit card payments) to exchange information within a 10-centimeter radius. The chip in a phone, tablet or watch communicates with the Tap&Go unit of the payment terminal and/or exit.
