Customization in projects
Each project is unique and requires a customized approach. At IP Parking, we understand this like no other. That's why we deliver customized solutions, taking into account your preferences and wishes. Think about the drawing work involved, the desired networks, required cabling, configurations, infra and any future expansions. At the same time, we realize that efficiency and turnaround time are of great importance when realizing a project. Therefore, we use a fixed project approach that consists of various phases; consulting, planning, realization, delivery, training and evaluation/follow-up. If there are any remaining issues, they are quickly and adequately resolved by our project leaders.
Your project manager
Should IP Parking be awarded the contract, there will initially be a meeting with all those involved within our organization and then with you (first regular consultation). You will be assigned a project manager who will act as the central person for you. You will therefore have a single point of contact for all your questions or comments. It is the same project leader who will take care of managing and communicating with all third parties.
Implementation drawings
During the implementation process, a good implementation drawing package is indispensable to ensure that the project technicians can perform the installation work properly and avoid any surprises during the installation of the parking, intercom and CCTV equipment. Since our equipment is 100% web-based, the required cabling can be drastically downgraded.
The drawing package consists of:
- Equipment placement proposals
- Block diagram of the total system
- Cable list of the total system
- Connection diagram
- Device list
- Project specific information of the project
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Once the equipment has been produced and is ready for transport, you can come to IP Parking to collect the equipment and check or test it for proper operation. Whether you choose to perform a FAT test or not, it goes without saying that the equipment is always extensively tested by IP Parking and connected internally as a whole working before being transported to the location in question.
SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
Before the installation is opened to the public, it is tested for desired and correct operation on site. This is done in the presence of your employees.
Risk analysis
Of course, there are all sorts of factors that can delay delivery. But with a clear and concise timetable, combined with a good implementation plan and periodic progress reporting, potential problems can be spotted at an early stage. Due to the close cooperation with our installation company, there are sufficient mechanics available to assist in case of any delays or calamities.
Training
Before delivery of the installation, we provide internal training for management and 1st-line staff.
After delivery, a training will take place at your location. During this training, particular attention is paid to explaining the installed hardware. There is also time available during the training to answer any questions related to the management software.
After this, IP Parking will revisit the site to answer any remaining questions from the administrators and other stakeholders and, where necessary, fine-tune the settings to your liking.
