Service & support

IP Parking strives for long-term relationships with its customers and maximum customer satisfaction. Therefore, we attach great importance to service & support. Thus, we are available 24/7 during breakdown services and our employees offer professional and adequate service. They are not only the point of contact for technical questions, but at the same time solve as many as 80% of malfunctions remotely. If necessary, a service technician will of course visit you on site to fix the malfunction. We also offer the possibility of concluding multi-year maintenance plans, keeping your software up-to-date and offering training for your staff.

Support during office hours

During office hours (daytime situation) malfunctions/calamities can be reported to our support department via the customer portal, by phone or by e-mail. The support department has a dedicated phone number for contract holders, where you will get our Support department on the line immediately.

Support outside office hours

If you call outside office hours, your phone number will be forwarded to an external control room. This control room has an up-to-date list of service technicians on duty, who are called immediately. As a result, you get a service technician on the line immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Preventive maintenance

At the beginning of each calendar year, our service planner, in consultation with our support staff, draws up an annual schedule for performing preventive maintenance. Two weeks before the preventive maintenance is scheduled, the customer is contacted by phone to see if the scheduled days fit into his schedule. The preventive maintenance is then performed on the agreed day and time. The maintenance is performed according to maintenance checklists. After the preventive maintenance performed, you will receive a report from us of the work performed and materials used, including the maintenance checklists applied.
