Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

With whom will your data be shared?


We will not share your personal data with third parties unless this is necessary to comply with performance obligations (e.g. website hosting) or if the law or an (administrative) court order requires us to do so.
Personal data will not be shared, rented or sold by us to third parties unless authorized in the processor agreement.


IP Parking provides personal data to enforcement authorities or anti-fraud organizations when necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

IP Parking uses technical and organizational security measures, such as firewalls and secure servers in order to protect your personal data from loss, alteration, disclosure or access.

 

How long will your personal data be kept for stated purposes?


IP Parking removes personal data as soon as they no longer serve any purpose. For the purposes of technical and functional management of the website, specific data may be kept longer.

For complaints regarding unauthorized processing, please contact the supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, this is the Personal Data Authority.
