ParkBase Validation app
The ParkBase Validation app is a great addition to our advanced ParkBase parking management system. With this handy app (for both Android and iOS) you can grant discounts directly with your smartphone or, for example, convert a visitor to a monthly ticket.
Whereas validating ongoing parking actions was a time-consuming task in the past, this module from IP Parking saves you a lot of time.

As a parking facility manager, you are probably familiar with the complex and labor-intensive processes involved in reimbursing parking costs for visitors to departments or surrounding businesses. Consider the administration and distribution of free exit tickets or the installation of less flexible validation hardware at fixed locations.
Flexible solution
To solve these problems, IP Parking has the Validation App for both Android and iOS. Validation options are defined in ParkBase for each connected company or department by the administrator, after which the app can be linked via a QR code with username and password. The number of app users per connected company or department is unlimited.
Ease of use
There are several ways to validate an open parking transaction. The quickest way is to scan the bar or QR code on the parking ticket with the smartphone or tablet or enter the license plate number. The app allows discounts in amount, percentage or duration depending on the options released via the drop-down menu. It is also possible to recode a parking ticket to a different rate or subscription type. After the choice is made, the validation is processed in the ParkBase management system and the manager can see who has given which discount or performed which action and when.

The concept is ideal to apply as a loyalty system to partner with local businesses such as shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas and theaters.
