Project Contract Manager (36-40 hours)

Working as a Project Contract Manager

  1. You are responsible for the daily management of projects: you coordinate, contract and supervise projects from start to completion.
  2. You liaise between clients, colleagues and external parties. You ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done and that agreements are kept.
  3. You will monitor budgets, deadlines and contractual obligations. Problems along the way? You spot and solve them before they become bottlenecks.
  4. No day is the same: from project planning to financial close of projects and from contract management to customer satisfaction.

 

Distribution of your work
40% Daily coordination and execution of projects (in Business Central, including invoicing and accounts payable management)
25% Contract management and coordination with internal/external stakeholders
15% Planning and organizing project meetings, training and go-live moments
10% Reporting, documenting and quality control of projects
10% Resolving bottlenecks, managing risks and handling customer queries


Get to know the team

You will work in the IPNL Operations team in Deurne, this team consists of 46 employees and they work on:

  • Coordinating work for both new and ongoing projects
  • They ensure the realization and implementation of the project and that they meet the needs of the customer

We are looking for

  • A reliable and customer-oriented colleague who can act both strategically and operationally
  • HBO/WO working and thinking level, preferably with a background in project management, contract management or similar education
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management or contract management in a leadership role
  • Experience with Business Central, Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driving license and good command of Dutch and English
  • A planner and organizer who can shift gears under pressure and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and an analytical ability to assess financial and process results
