Sales Support Specialist (32-40 hours)

Work as Sales Support Specialist

In this role, you will work in a friendly team, where you will collaborate a lot with colleagues from different departments. You will work together with the Account managers and the Service manager to ensure a 9+ customer experience. Your proactive attitude enables you to quickly anticipate sales signals at existing customers and maintain these relationships via phone and email. In addition, you will support your sales colleagues (both inside and outside) in expanding our range of digital services and parking equipment with customers.

 

Distribution of your tasks
40% Prepare and manage service and maintenance contracts for customers, including quotations, commercial follow-up and administrative processing.
30% Provide support to sales colleagues and manage incoming mail and phone calls regarding sales and contracts.
15% Handling sales of individual items and invoicing for IP Parking NL.
15% Monitoring, securing and adjusting internal procedures and reports, and supporting colleagues with various questions.

You will work in the IPNL Sales team in Deurne. The team consists of 11 employees and they work on:

  1. Maintain and improve customer contact and customer experience.
  2. Through consultive selling, achieving the objectives
  3. Strengthen and expand our market position.

We are looking for:

  • A motivated and eager to learn colleague
  • MBO level of education
  • You have relevant work experience in a similar position
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages
  • You are communicative, customer oriented and have an eye for detail.
  • You can work well with Microsoft Office and have affinity with IT

  • Salary - €2500,00 - €4000,00, depending on your experience
  • 38 days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (but also the possibility to have a large part paid out if you prefer to continue working)
