Working as a Service Mechanic
1. You will consult colleagues in case of very complex breakdowns/incidents who can provide additional technical support
2. You will mainly work at customers on location and therefore regularly in the open air
3. You will provide support to our active breakdown service once every 8 weeks
4. You work towards a 9+ customer experience
Distribution of work
80% Troubleshoot complex technical malfunctions on our parking systems at customers' premises.
10% Prepare reports regarding work performed, goods used and any services provided
10% Performing or supporting colleagues in carrying out maintenance work and instructing managers and clients on the correct use and maintenance of the parking systems
Get to know the team
Team Operations IPNL consists of 42 employees and they work on:
1. Monitor, supervise and maintain our parking systems at existing customers.
2. Support and resolve issues.
3. Inform and instruct customers on managing and maintaining parking systems.
4. Support implementation and integration projects.
We are looking for:
- A motivated and eager to learn colleague
- MBO thinker with extensive electrical knowledge
- You have relevant experience in a field service position
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
- You are customer-oriented, accurate and problem-solving
- You are in possession of a valid driving license B and extensive ICT/network knowledge is a strong plus

- Salary: €2,750 - €4,600, depending on your experience
