Your role: the point of contact for our customers and internal link


As Customer Support Officer, you are the liaison between our customers and the internal organization. You answer customer questions about parking, the app and billing, via email and chat, and make sure our service runs smoothly.

 

What you will do

  • Answering customer questions via email and chat (about parking, the app and invoices)
  • Guide customers step by step to solve (technical) problems
  • Ensure positive customer experience and optimal app operation
  • Flexible switching between different customer questions and topics
  • Pick up your own area of specialization that you can delve into

We are looking for

We are looking for an energetic, service-oriented colleague who loves variety and can work independently. You are or have:

  • MBO+ working and thinking level
  • Customer-oriented, solution-oriented and communicatively strong
  • Stress resistant and flexible (also for incidents outside office hours)
  • Analytical ability: you quickly make connections and see consequences of choices
  • Handy with MS Office and quickly at home with digital systems
  • Good command of Dutch and English

 

Plus points if you also:

✔️ Have experience in customer contact or support
✔️ Have an affinity for technology and apps
✔️ And bring a healthy dose of humor

  • Salary between €2,500 - €3,500 based on experience
