Working as a UX Desinger
You translate complex wishes and requirements into user-friendly interfaces with tools like Figma. In our small, results-oriented team, you have a real influence on how our products develop. During daily stand-ups you'll coordinate with developers, product owners and support teams to keep everyone on the same page. You work mainly from our headquarters in Deurne (NL), but are also on location once a week in Zaandam (NL).

Get to know the team
You will be working in the Product Management team in Deurne. The team consists of 4 people and they work on:
- Optimizing product knowledge within the organization, Customer Centers and at dealers.
- Monitoring the performance of the current product portfolio (both hardware and software).
- Creating a shared vision for the product portfolio.
- Realizing product developments.
We are looking for
- We are looking for an experienced, user-focused and collaborative colleague with an HBO+ working and thinking level.
- You have at least five years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a B2B environment.
- You have worked on both web applications and mobile apps.
- You are highly skilled in Figma, with knowledge of prototyping, user flows, design systems and collaboration tools.
- You have demonstrable experience with accessibility guidelines such as WCAG or EAA.
- You know how to effectively use AI tools to accelerate your design work.
- You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- A strong and relevant design portfolio is required.

We offer
- Salary between €3,000 - €4,200 depending on your experience
- 38 days off (based on full-time employment): 25 vacation days & 13 ADV days (but also the option mo have a large portion paid out if you prefer to work through)
