Working as a Financial Administrator
As Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for keeping our financial processes running smoothly. Your work touches the entire organization, from invoice processing and reporting to monitoring budgets and supporting closures.
70% - You will process purchase and sales invoices, monitor open items and prepare payments. You will be the point of contact for billing questions and actively call when items are outstanding.
20% - You prepare tax returns and monitor budgets. You identify deviations on time and report back to the Manager Finance. In addition, you support the monthly closure and the audit and annual accounts process. You check movements in the general ledger and contribute to financial reports.
10% - As a user of the ERP system, you identify areas for improvement and support colleagues in using it. You actively think along how administrative processes can be organized smarter.
- You will work closely with internal departments such as Operations and Sales in handling financial issues.
- You will handle confidential financial information with care, with confidentiality being a natural part of the role.
- You will support in financial planning, such as tax return deadlines and periodic closings, and ensure deadlines are met.
We are looking for:
- An accurate and reliable colleague who has both an eye for detail and doesn't lose sight of the bigger financial picture.
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
- Demonstrated work experience in a financial administration role.
- Knowledge of-and experience with-Microsoft Office and preferably Business Central (MS) and/or SAP.
- A good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
- Someone who works in a structured manner, monitors multiple deadlines at once and handles financial information confidentially.
- A colleague with strong communication skills and an analytical ability to quickly make connections and spot discrepancies.
We offer:

- Salary: €2,700 - €4,200, depending on your experience
- 38 days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, (but also the possibility to have a large part paid out if you prefer to continue working)
