Work as an HR
As HR & Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the operational execution of our HR processes. Your work touches the daily lives of all our employees, from the first day of work to monthly payroll processing and everything in between.
HR Administration
- You manage and maintain the HR mailbox and personnel files and take care of an AVG compliant administration at inflow through and outflow and are key user of the personnel information system Nmbrs.
- You will monitor and record absence and recovery, leave and ADV notifications.
- You will accurately translate personnel movements into appropriate contractual documentation and draft employment contracts, contract amendments and addenda.
- You will support with HR communications.
Recruitment & Selection
- You will support the recruitment & selection processes by preparing job postings, following up on applications, scheduling interviews and checking references.
- You will support the onboarding process of new employees, including providing welcome packages, organizing induction programs and providing relevant documentation.
- Payroll
- You will take care of payroll in cooperation with our external payroll partner, by delivering personnel mutations and checking pay slips.
- You will process employee movements and serve as the first point of contact for employees with questions regarding payroll, benefits and administrative matters.
HR activities
- You will organize and coordinate HR activities and events such as team building, birthdays and celebrations around holidays.
We are looking for:
- An enthusiastic and experienced HR colleague available for 24 hours per week with an Mbo or Hbo working and thinking level.
- You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in an operational HR or payroll administrative position.
- You have knowledge of HR processes, personnel and payroll administration.
- You have experience with HR or payroll systems, preferably Nmbrs.
- You have basic knowledge of recruitment & selection, onboarding and HR operations.
- And you have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
We offer:
(based on full-time employment).
- A competitive salary between €3,850 and €4,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your knowledge and experience.
- 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, but also the possibility to have a large part paid out.
