Working as an IT Service Employee

 

  1. You’ll ensure that colleagues can make the best possible use of the available IT resources and business applications.
  2. You serve as the link between users, suppliers, and IT & BP. You understand the organization’s needs and know how to translate them into practical and future-proof solutions.
  3. In addition to resolving incidents and performing administrative tasks, you’ll play an active role in digitization, automation, and implementations. In this way, you’ll directly contribute to the continued professionalization of our organization.
  4. No two days are the same. One day you’ll be supporting users or managing systems; the next, you’ll be overseeing a project, coordinating with vendors, or working on improvements within our IT infrastructure.

 

Distribution of your work

 


40% Workplace management, system and application management, and user support

You ensure that colleagues can work smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You manage workstations, Microsoft 365, hardware, user accounts, and applications, and provide support to users with IT-related questions and incidents.
25% Supervising and coordinating IT automation and implementation projects
You will oversee the implementation of new applications, features, and automations. You will monitor planning, progress, quality, and adoption, and ensure that improvements are successfully rolled out within the organization.
15% Identifying user needs and translating them into IT solutions
You will actively engage with users to identify their needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. You will then translate these into concrete actions, requirements, user stories, and IT solutions that contribute to further digitization and process optimization.
10% Security and access management
You will assist with managing user rights, access control, and security measures. In addition, you will help raise security awareness within the organization and contribute to a secure IT environment.
10% Documentation, Vendor Coordination, and Process Improvement
You maintain management documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles. You also coordinate with external vendors regarding changes, outages, implementations, and improvements. You actively contribute to improving and ensuring the reliability of IT processes.


We are looking for

 

  • A service-oriented colleague with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people and actively contributes ideas for improvements;
  • MBO+ level of work and thinking, preferably with a focus on IT;
  • Experience as an IT Support Specialist, Functional Administrator, IT Services Specialist, or in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, IT infrastructure, application management, and business processes;
  • Experience providing user support and managing systems;
  • The ability to analyze user needs and translate them into practical IT solutions;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Interest in implementations, automation, and process improvement;
  • A proactive and independent work ethic.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune);
  • Experience with Business Central;
  • Experience with supplier management;
  • Experience with project-based work;
  • Interest in information security and security

  • Salary: €3,200–€4,200, depending on your experience
