Assembly Employee (36-40 hours)

Location: Deurne (NL)

Your role as an Assembly employee

You assemble all types of parking equipment, including pay machines, barriers and reporting stations
The work atmosphere is informal and friendly and the work is very diverse
The products you assemble are used worldwide

Time allocation

75% Assembling various types of parking equipment
15% Thinking along about process and product improvement
10% Logistical work, including checking parts and making sure the final product is delivered to the test line

Get to know the team

You will be working in the Production & Procurement team in Deurne. This team consists of 13 employees and they work on:

The practical assembly of the desired parking equipment for customers at home and abroad with a very diverse team of buyers, logistics staff, assembly staff, testers and a repair department.
They do not assemble in series, but put together projects. The team is a pivot within the company with many contacts to other departments such as Projects, Product Management, Sales, Service and Maintenance.

We are looking for:

A motivated and practical colleague
LBO/MBO level of thinking and working
Good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written)
You are enterprising, a go-getter and enjoy challenges
You are handy and have a healthy dose of technical knowledge and interest

This makes us extra happy:

We offer:

Salary: €2.050 - €3.000 , depending on your experience
38 days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, (but also the option to have a large part paid out if you prefer to continue working)
