To ensure our continued growth, we're seeking a driven Operations Director for IP Parking Belgium/Luxembourg.

Who are we looking for?

 Are you a motivated and independent professional eager to contribute to IP-Mobile's growth? Do you have a passion for technology, IT, and software? Then you might be the Operations Director we're looking for! You have an eye for detail and communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English. You're a team player who embraces responsibility.


What's the aim of your role?

As Operations Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring successful project completion and customer satisfaction. Within IP Parking's international structure, you'll collaborate on implementing new developments and enhancements, optimizing existing processes, and striving for operational excellence.


What does this entail?

  • Facilitating and coordinating operational teams
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Achieving operational objectives
  • Serving as a strategic point of contact for clients
  • Monitoring the customer journey and satisfaction
  • Reporting to the Board of Directors
  • Handling project documentation and administration
  • Coordinating the order process
  • Reporting meetings
  • You'll provide leadership to IP Mobile in collaboration with the Director of Sales.


Work environment:

  • Our office is located in Aarschot (BE).
  • Regular travel to clients and projects in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Regular presence at HQ in Deurne, Netherlands
