HR Manager (32-40 hours)

Working as an HR Manager

You are the (strategic) advisor to our managing board and management team. In this position you effortlessly switch between strategy and execution, helping leaders and teams translate organizational goals into daily practice. You take the lead on HR projects such as leadership development, talent management, and organizational development. As an HR Manager you actively contribute to a positive and future-oriented organizational culture. You are part of the managing board in a staff position and represent the HR perspective. 

 

Time allocation

40% Sparring partner for the managing board and coaching of managers
30% Development and implementation of HR strategies
20% Management of HR projects and programs
10% Aligning and monitoring consistency with international Customer Centers


Get to know the team

You'll be part of the HRM team in Deurne which consists of 3 people, together they are working on: 

  • Recruiting new talent to join our team
  • Managing all administrative tasks, including payroll processing, terms of employmentand personnel files
  • Support and advise management and employees regarding evaluation & development, absenteeism and policies
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and develop HR policies

We are looking for

  • A conceptually strong HR professional with a bachelor's degree (preferably in HRM or a related field)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a strategic HR advisory role, preferably within a growing or changing organization
  • Experience with performance management, cultural change, talent development, and leadership coaching
  • A colleague who is organizationally sensitive, relationship-oriented, and analytically strong
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written)
  • A self-starting professional who can set priorities and manage projects effectively

  • Salary: €4,100 – €5,500, depending on your experience
  • 38 days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, (but also the option to have a large part paid out)
