Working as a Project lead
You are the key figure in delivering parking solutions: you plan, coordinate, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
You liaise between clients, colleagues, and external partners, making sure everyone is aligned and on the same page. Also, you manage budgets, deadlines, and quality standards. Encountering issues along the way? You solve them before they become bottlenecks. No two days are the same!
Time allocation
40% Planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects
25% Leading projects and aligning with internal/external stakeholders
15% Analyzing feasibility and technical solutions
10% Documenting, reporting, and quality control
10% Problem-solving and risk management
Get to know the team
You'll be working in the Operations IPNL team in Deurne, the team consists of 46 employees and they work on:
- Coordinating work for both new and ongoing projects
- Ensuring the realization and implementation of the project and that they meet the client's requirements
We offer
- Salary: €3.400 - €6.200 , depending on your experience
- 38 days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, (but also the option to have a large part paid out if you prefer to continue working)

We are looking for
- A reliable, customer-focused colleague who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Higher professional education (HBO) level with a background in project management or a related field
- Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar role
- Strong command of both Dutch and English
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to stay composed under pressure
