Location: Deurne (NL)

Working as a Technical Support Consultant

 

1. You supervise a full integration process up to and including delivery and do this in collaboration with the integrators

2. You work with a ticket system to handle all incoming issues

3. You work in REST and SOAP when implementing the API's.

4. You consult with the team on a weekly basis about the state of affairs and monthly about internal processes and improvements

 

Time allocation


65% Support Customer Centers and dealers on technical issues

15% Managing the systems hosted by IP Parking(from customers)

10% Guidance of API integrations for our customers

10% Self development by studying new products and/or following training courses


 

Get to know the team

You will be working in the product management team. They are working on:

Monitoring the operation of the current product portfolio (hardware and software).
Creation of a clear vision on the product portfolio.
Realization of product developments
Optimizing product knowledge within the internal organization, Customer Centers and dealers.

 


We are looking for

  • A motivated and eager to learn colleague
  • MBO+ thinker with an interest in technology
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written)
  • You are solution-oriented, customer-oriented and stress-resistant
  • A completed relevant technical e/o ICT training

  • Salary - €3.008,67 - €5.396,75, depending on your experience
