The spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) leads to various measures and restrictions both nationally and internationally. Restrictions that also affect the way of working and performance that you are used to from IP Parking.
With this message we would like to inform you personally about the measures we take to minimize the risks in this difficult time. Our unconditional commitment to the health and safety of you as a valued customer, the community and our employees is most importantly.
Production and delivery
Since March 16 all our production facilities, although with adapted safety rules, are working according to plan. We do not expect any delays at this time. Parking garages are now used to a minimum, so an excellent opportunity to install or replace an installation without much inconvenience.
Would you like to move the delivery of your order to a later date? We are happy to adjust the delivery date to a date in the future. You can reach our projects department by mail (projects@ipparking.com) or by phone (+31 492-52 11 33).
Onsite Support
Our support department has let us know that we do not expect any delays for the time being. However, as of today our employee will sign the (digital) work order himself. This to avoid contact between people as much as possible.
Remote support
As a result of the measures taken by our customer service, any background noise during telephone contact is possible due to working from home. The quickest way to reach us is via the customer portal or e-mail (support@ipparking.com). You will then receive a case number as a reference for further handling and communication regarding the follow-up of the issue.

Finance
