Because of the move to my boyfriend's hometown, I was looking for a new challenge. Family members quickly alerted me to the vacancy for Service Desk & Support Officer at IP Parking.


After a very friendly and nice welcome by Dave, my current Manager, I was allowed to showmy skills at IP Parking in the support department.


Collaboration is an important aspect within IP Parking. We work closely with different internal departments and because of that we need to continue and develop ourr knowledge and skills about the product continual.


In addition to my work in the support department, I am also following a part-time (evening) study in the field of ICT Management & Security. Because this study is on Tuesday evening, it is nice that IP Parking is flexible with working hours. This also creates a nice interaction. The knowledge I gain during my studies, I can transfer to my colleagues. This provides more ICT knowledge in the whole department, which ensures that customers can be helped faster and more efficient.


In the time that I am working at IP Parking, I can say that I really enjoy going to work every day.
