What will you be doing?

As a support employee you have frequent (telephone) contact with our customers and you are involved in the integration and implementation of our systems and services. Together with your colleagues from the department you are the point of contact for technical (IT) questions. As a team you solve 80% of disruptions from our headquarter in Deurne the Netherlands and you go for 100% customer satisfaction.

What kind of professional skills do we require?

  • Associates degree in IT or equivalent work experience;
  • Experience as an IT service desk & Support employee is preferred;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills of both the Dutch and the English language;
  • Exceptional customer service attitude.

 

What kind of additional skills do we desire

  • Strong IT and networking skills.

 

Where are you going to work?

You will be based in Deurne the Netherlands where you will work from the IP Parking headquarters.
