Company Parking

Business Parking
Companies, institutions, and other groups often lease parking spaces for their employees or visitors in nearby parking garages or closed parking lots.
IP Parking's access control software is cloud-based, creating a flexible parking experience. One can manage their section of a parking facility through a personal website. This enables companies to create new subscribers and pre-register visitors to conveniently utilize their designated parking.

Visitors can be granted access, discount and registered by license plate, barcode, online FirmBase accounts, visitor lists, and the intercom system. This is how it works:

By License Plate
The visitor's license plate is entered into the system in advance via a reservation module, such as Reserva. When the visitor arrives at the entrance, their license plate is automatically recognized and categorized by the company they will be visiting, granting them access into the parking facility. This process works the same when exiting the facility, making for a smooth and quick experience.

By Intercom
The visitor's names are registered in advance and the visitor simply presses the call button when they arrive at the facility. The person who answers the phone confirms whether the visitor is registered and if they receive access into the parking facility. Once the visitor enters the facility, this information is logged. When the visitor wishes to leave the facility, they must press the call button again and their exit will be recorded.

By Barcode Ticket

Lastly, the company or institution can decide to have visitors receive a barcode ticket. The ticket can always be recoded to apply discounts by using FirmBase or by scanning the barcode using the IP 2 Recode or ParkBase Validation app. When visitors scan their ticket at the exit, the parking transaction is automatically booked to the business account.

FirmBase is an online application with which you can grant user groups defined rights within your ParkBase platform. The user group bears the administrative burden for this.
