Parking tickets are not required as each tenant can add, modify and delete subscribers and pre-register visitors allowing fast and & easy entrance and exit based on license plate recognition.

Unregistered visitors can announce their arrival using IP TOUCH, IP Parking's slim line terminal in which all functions are easily accessible through the integrated touch screen. Intercom calls can either be directed to a central reception desk or to tenants directly reducing the operational workload of managing the facility by mean of direct connections. For doing so there is no cabling required as these connections are made using the public network
USING THE INTERNET AS A NEW SALES CHANNEL
Office and central business district parking facilities are often only used during office opening hours; the rest of the time are they not in use and therefore don't generate any income. By allowing digital parking providers and/or IP Parking's online pre-booking reservation platforms Reserva or Parkspot to be connected, a new means of generating income is possible during those low occupancy periods.
